La premi\u00e8re\u00a0: vous prenez le d\u00e9part et c\u2019est vous qui d\u00e9cidez ensuite le choix de votre distance, selon vos objectifs, votre motivation ou votre forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et c\u2019est par cette belle soir\u00e9e d\u2019hiver du 22 janvier 2022 que 5 coureurs de Chaingy ont pris le d\u00e9part pour cette belle aventure nocturne, avec une pens\u00e9e pour les 2 copains rest\u00e9s chez eux avec le Covid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour\ncertains d\u2019entre eux, la course a sembl\u00e9 une simple formalit\u00e9&nbsp;: l\u2019un est\nen petit maillot et short malgr\u00e9 les 2 degr\u00e9s, l\u2019autre part sans eau, \u2026\nprobablement trop simple pour eux avec un vrai \u00e9quipement&nbsp;J.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rapidement,\nPierre-Louis est parti devant (il a surement oubli\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas sur un\n10km chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un\nd\u00e9balisage sauvage a permis \u00e0 d\u2019autres de faire une sortie l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus\nlongue que pr\u00e9vue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
