{"id":1820,"date":"2021-12-14T20:03:42","date_gmt":"2021-12-14T20:03:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chaingysportnature.fr\/wp\/?p=1820"},"modified":"2021-12-14T20:03:45","modified_gmt":"2021-12-14T20:03:45","slug":"trail-sable-et-foret","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chaingysportnature.fr\/wp\/?p=1820","title":{"rendered":"Trail Sable et For\u00eat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il semblerait que l\u2019approche de No\u00ebl ait donn\u00e9\nenvie \u00e0 nos coureurs de partager des moments de course en famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est au tour de Claire de nous partager son exp\u00e9rience\navec sa maman sur le Trail de Saint Palais sur Mer qui a eu lieu le 5 d\u00e9cembre\n2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chaingysportnature.fr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/FB_IMG_1639511007413-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1821\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.chaingysportnature.fr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/FB_IMG_1639511007413.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.chaingysportnature.fr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/FB_IMG_1639511007413-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claire, pour sa premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience trail, s\u2019est\n\u00e9lanc\u00e9e sur le 14,5 km (qui affichait quasi 15 km \u00e0 sa montre) pour d\u00e9couvrir\nla for\u00eat de la Coubre aux pieds des palombi\u00e8res ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9tang de la\nsabli\u00e8re de Saint Augustin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;Magnifique trail en for\u00eat pour une\npremi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience et un tr\u00e8s bon moment partag\u00e9 avec ma maman qui termine 1<sup>re<\/sup>\nde sa cat\u00e9gorie (note de la r\u00e9daction&nbsp;: une future recrue pour le CSN&nbsp;J).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De belles c\u00f4tes et descentes dans le sable, un\nrelief dont on n\u2019a pas l\u2019habitude par chez nous.
