class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La grande aventure de Sophie a d\u00e9but\u00e9 cet hiver et\ns\u2019est achev\u00e9e le 31 mars 2019 lors du Marathon du Golf de Saint-Tropez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s des mois d\u2019entrainements, 3 sorties par\nsemaine, du fractionn\u00e9 court, du fractionn\u00e9 long, des longues sorties le\ndimanche et la confection de p\u00e2tisseries pour tous les autres coureurs, Sophie\nest pr\u00eate. Certes elle a travers\u00e9 des moments de doute, mais elle est\npr\u00eate&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est 8h, plus motiv\u00e9e que jamais, elle est sur la\nligne de d\u00e9part. C\u2019est parti pour 42.195 kilom\u00e8tres&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;Je suis d\u00e9tendue et en pleine forme. Je respecte mes allures, je suis concentr\u00e9e. Tout va bien. Au 18<sup>e<\/sup> kilom\u00e8tre, arrivent les c\u00f4tes \u00e0 n\u2019en plus finir. Je continue de courir, tout est dans la t\u00eate. Mais au 25<sup>e<\/sup> kilom\u00e8tre, je suis prise de crampes aux cuisses et aux mollets. Je bois, je marche, je trottine et j\u2019envoie un message au coach. Il me rassure et me conseille. Cela va me ralentir 8 kilom\u00e8tres durant mais enfin\n\u00e7a passe et je repars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019oublie mes 4h15 et j\u2019avance. Je retrouve mes jambes et mon allure. Maintenant, \u00e7a descend fort. Je ne l\u00e2che rien.
