class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dimanche 4 novembre 2018 a eu lieu le Trail du postier \u00e0 Blois.<br\/>Sept coureurs du CSN \u00e9taient sur la ligne du d\u00e9part :\u00a04 sur le 32 km (les ultras motiv\u00e9s),\u00a03 sur le 13 km (les motiv\u00e9s).<br\/>Chaingy Sport Nature \u00e9tant le deuxi\u00e8me club le plus repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sur cette course, cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 en fin de matin\u00e9e par la remise d\u2019un panier de produits locaux.<br\/>Un temps froid mais sec aura permis de courir ce Trail plut\u00f4t technique (chemin \u00e9troit, faux plats, c\u00f4tes et relances quasi permanentes&#8230;) dans de bonnes conditions, avec un l\u00e9ger avant go\u00fbt des sensations \u00e0 venir le jour de la course de la Saint\u00e9lyon (deux tr\u00e8s belles c\u00f4tes \u00e0 grimper sur un sol gras et glissant, des racines, des orni\u00e8res&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un bon moment de partage tout au long de ce parcours, des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles tr\u00e8s sympas, souriants et encourageants, de bonnes sensations de plaisir pour chacune et chacun et une ligne d\u2019arriv\u00e9e franchie pour tous avec le
